These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Closing Blueprint OS platform ("TCB OS" or the "Platform"), operated by The Closing Blueprint LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
TCB OS is a cloud-based operating system for real estate and mortgage professionals. The Platform includes CRM tools, pipeline management, AI-powered agents, task management, calendar integration, SMS notifications, and analytics dashboards. Features may vary by subscription plan.
By providing your phone number and opting in during account registration, you consent to receive text messages from The Closing Blueprint OS. Message types include:

TCB OS offers the following subscription plans:
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. Trial periods do not require a payment method unless specified.
To cancel your subscription, contact us at reggie@theclosingblueprint.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
The Closing Blueprint OS, including its software, design, content, and branding, is the exclusive property of The Closing Blueprint LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your professional activities during your subscription period.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Platform (contacts, deals, notes). You grant us a limited license to process that data to provide the service to you.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
The Platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any information you enter into the Platform.
TCB OS is a productivity and workflow tool. It does not provide legal, financial, real estate, or mortgage advice. Always consult qualified professionals for those matters.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Closing Blueprint LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
