3. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in at theclosingblueprint.com/join, you agree to receive text messages from The Closing Blueprint OS. Message types include: account setup confirmations, new lead alerts, follow-up reminders, and feature usage tips.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. To request help, reply HELP. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

We use Twilio to deliver SMS messages. Your phone number is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share information with:

• Service Providers: Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Resend (email), and other vendors who help us operate the Platform. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
